Within the warm Mendoza region, which is the source of much of Argentina's wine exports, there are some prime locations where the climate is tempered by altitude. This is where the grapes that produce most of Argentina's finest red wines are grown. The nose is somewhat powerful, with aromas of black fruit and licorice. This very pleasant wine can be enjoyed on the fruit.
