The grapes for this Sekt come from the chalky soils of the Traisental valley. The estate pays particular attention to selecting the perfect grapes to produce wines of indisputable balance. This cuvée is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 12 months on the lees in the bottle, using the "traditional method".

Superb, intense yellow-gold color with light bubbles.
Aroma
Delicate peppery aromas of Darjeeling tea, fresh apples and tangerine on the nose, with expressive nuances.
