Produced from grapes grown in a specific, ancient vineyard, over 80 years old, this cuvée is made from late-harvested grapes with a high sugar concentration, allowing Botrytis to develop, and then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Une robe jaune dorée intense, lumineuse et des larmes sirupeuses.

Aroma

Fresh, complex nose with aromas of peach, nectarine, mirabelle plum and honey. Notes of orange zest and citrus fruit round out this remarkably intense bouquet.
