Pais Viejo ("Old Pais") is a wine steeped in history. Made with grapes from vines over 100 years old. Pais Viejo is vinified naturally using century-old winemaking techniques. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts to preserve the authentic expression of the terroir, then aged in concrete tanks for four months.
