In a few words ...
"Las Mercedes is a range that fully expresses the terroir of Maule. Las Mercedes Skin is made with Semillon grown in Batuco, 30kms from the Pacific Ocean. It has a very pronounced character and excellent structure. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with the skins in 700-liter ceramic amphoras, where the wine is aged on lees for 12 months.

Appearance
Pale gold color.
Aroma
Intriguing aroma with notes of pear, baked apple and quince interwoven with hints of white pepper and aniseed.
Taste
A complex, voluminous taste with excellent structure, ripe yellow fruit tones and lovely salinity. The finish is long and juicy.
