A selection of plots around Ribeauvillé which, several weeks after the official harvest, are harvested at over-ripeness with the development of noble rot. Mild 81g/litre Serve between 10 and 12°C. Decant, if possible, an hour in advance to allow the aromas to open up. A wine for laying down, over 10 years. Notes of citrus gradually evolve towards exotic fruits.
