In a few words ...
A blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. The three grape varieties are harvested at the same time, pressed together and thus vinified at the same time. The 1.24 ha of Clos du Zahnacker are ideally situated with a south-east exposure on Triassic soils, alternating limestone and marl. The Clos du Zahnacker benefits from year-round sunshine.
