DOPFF Au Moulin is the initiator of CREMANT D'ALSACE, A.O.C., the jewel in the crown of know-how and experience acquired since 1901. The Appellation CREMANT D'ALSACE CONTRÔLEE was confirmed by decree on August 24, 1976. Residual sugar: 7 g/l.
