Gold medal at the 2016 Crémant competition! This cuvee is a tribute to the creator of the Traditional Method in Alsace: Mr. Julien DOPFF. DOPFF Au Moulin is the initiator of CREMANT D'ALSACE, A.O.C., the jewel in the crown of know-how and experience acquired since 1901. The Appellation CREMANT D'ALSACE CONTRÔLEE was confirmed by decree on August 24, 1976. Residual sugar: 7 g/l.
