The winemaker

The house Jean Huttard is a synthesis of almost 2 centuries of family history with the vine. When she begins marketing its wine in 1860, the family is far from suspecting that it will last as long. In the mid-19th century, Jean-Jacques Huttard transforms the field and restructuring the vineyard. The winemaker is the investigator of the creation of the appellation Crémant d'Alsace and was one of the first to market it. The field is located in Zellenberg in the heart of Alsace and continues to innovate and bring expertise and terroir wines. Antoine and Helene now manage the area.
