Tasting notes
Appearance
Bright gold with slightly pink highlights.
Aroma
Fine, elegant. The woodiness on the first nose is insignificant. That's why fresh fruit (apple, pear) and exotic fruit (pineapple, combava) can have a field day.
Taste
The acidity and bitterness of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) give the palate a lively attack. The mid-palate is particularly herbaceous (cut hay, lime blossom).
