Here, the Gamay grapes are vinified like a white wine: harvested and sorted by hand, then pressed immediately. This is followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit. 2020 is a sunny vintage. To enjoy all its aromas, taste it preferably between its first and fourth years.
Cadoles" are the little huts built in the vineyards in which winegrowers used to store their tools. It's also our simple, fresh, easy, very Beaujolais cuvée!
