In a few words ...
Nézereau' is Domaine Bonabaud's 2nd wine. It comes from plots planted on the ancient tertiary river bed, which has defined its terroir of light sand and small gravel. While its cultivation is eco-certified, we have also opted for minimal intervention in the cellar to preserve the character of the vintage and its original terroir. As a result, its sulfite content is below French biodynamic standards. Structured, aromatic and flavorful, the Merlot-dominated palate is suave. Ideal on its own, Nézereau pairs well with roasted or grilled white or red meats, tomato or pasta-based vegetarian dishes, and tuna steak.
