In a few words ...
Merlot is the second single varietal without sulfite added during vinification! Because in 2018, strangely enough, malolactic fermentation did not take place! It was the first time in my winemaking career that this had happened! Well, in 2019, here it is!

Its garnet-red color is sustained and brilliant.

Its lovely nose develops fruity notes of raspberry and blackcurrant.
