Assembly : 55% merlot, 40% cabernet-sauvignon, 5% petit-verdot vinification : pre-fermentation cold maceration; vinification in stainless-steel vats under constant supervision. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new. TASTING : A rather complex year to work with, but a successful vintage. Fruity aromas, with a fine expression of fruit on the nose. Garnet-red color with vermilion highlights. Round and elegant. Long, lingering finish.

Intense ruby to garnet color.

Black fruit notes with blackcurrant and blackberry, followed by empyreumatic scents that vary between vanilla and roasting.
