In a few words ...

Produced at Château Olivier, Le Dauphin d'Olivier is the estate's second wine. It is a Grand Cru Classé, the result of a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, it brings softness. This garnet-red wine has a highly aromatic nose, with ripe, slightly smoky red fruit aromas. The tannins are well integrated. The palate is fleshy, round and long. Ideal with poultry, game, beef and lamb.
