This vineyard is located in southern Burgundy, in the Mâconnais region. It extends around Pouilly-Fuissé. Its southern part touches the Beaujolais region. The vineyards are planted on limestone rock. This wine's particularity lies in the alliance between Burgundy's clay-limestone soils, perfectly suited to the finesse of the Chardonnay grape, and a semi-continental climate generous with sunshine, giving it richness and character.
Appearance
Very light yellow, brilliant, crystalline, pale gold.
Aroma
Subtle aromas of fruit (peach, pear), flowers / vegetables (acacia, honeysuckle, fern). Notes of fresh almond, hazelnut, cinnamon, butter and sometimes honey.

Taste
A dry and round wine, often mineral (flint, fire), lively. The acidity and the fat are then complemented by going crescendo: a harmonious and fresh, round and vinous structure.
