The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness, in order to obtain the best expression of the fruit. This parcel-based cuvée is grown organically, which is no easy feat in Burgundy, given the climate. But the gamble paid off! The wine reveals a beautiful nervousness sustained by delicate aromas of acacia flower and white-fleshed fruit.
