Tasting notes
Appearance
It has a very light golden yellow color with lovely green highlights. All the finesse of the effervescence is expressed in the glass, giving the wine joy, dynamism and zest for life.
Aroma
Aromas guided by a common thread: minerality. Around this minerality, citrus notes emerge first, with ripe lemon immediately in evidence, followed by aromas of white fruit and southern spices.

Taste
The minerality already felt on the nose becomes the backbone of the wine, imparting length, finesse and elegance. The Pinot Noir, which had been discreet until then, slowly makes its presence felt, bringing out pretty notes of red berries, such as strawberry and raspberry.
