Ruinart Blanc de Blancs stands out in the house's range of Champagnes for its immense freshness brought by its composition of 100% Chardonnay grapes from the last two years. The aromatic finesse of Blanc de Blancs is due to the strong presence of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs in the composition of this Champagne. This cuvée is characterized both on the nose and palate by its finesse and extreme freshness, with aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers.

Appearance
Beautiful pale golden yellow color with light green highlights, bright and luminous. Active effervescence and persistent release.
Aroma
An initial nose of great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, particularly ripe citrus. The second nose is very fine and floral, with notes of white flowers and white fruit (white peach).

Taste
A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, with plenty of roundness. Vinosity without excess, supported by superb freshness. Notes of nectarine, citrus fruit and a lovely minerality on the finish. A long, refreshing finish.
