This Champagne Blanc de Blancs from Maison Daubanton is made from a 100% Chardonnay base aged and vinified in oak barrels. At pressing, exclusive selection of "Coeur de Cuvée" juices. Vinified and aged in oak barrels. Aged on lees for 9 months with stirring. Malolactic fermentation carried out. No filtration or fining. Aged on laths for at least 24 months.
