This Champagne Blanc de Noirs from Maison Daubanton is made exclusively with Pinot Noir from the Rizaucourt terroir. An exclusive selection of "Coeur de Cuvée" juices. This cuvée is aged on lees for 9 months, with stirring of the lees.
