The color is straw-gold, clear and bright. In the glass, a beautiful effervescence. A procession of fine, regular bubbles. On the nose, this cuvée exudes magnificent vivacity. Citrus notes are followed by floral bouquets of vine flower and elderberry. The palate is balanced and harmonious, bringing out brioche notes, combined with the crunch of burlat cherry and the solitude of white peach. The finish is clean, borrowing its freshness from just-picked hazelnuts.

The first nose is precise, expressive and refreshing, with notes of citrus and yellow fruit, followed by floral and pastry fragrances.
