In a few words ...
The grapes for this Brut Tradition were harvested by hand, and underwent a vinification process that respected optimal ripeness, as well as slow, fractional pressing. It is made up of wines from several years, from 2008 to 2012, giving it consistency and complexity, expressing all the character of this terroir. The result is a Champagne with a beautiful blond gold hue and aromas of ripe yellow fruit and citrus. Expressive yet pleasant, this Champagne is ideal as an aperitif or at the start of a meal.

Appearance
Light bubbles move quickly in this champagne tinged with blond gold and illuminated by golden highlights.

The nose is rich and pleasant, with expressive notes of apricot in syrup, ripe yellow fruit and citrus (tangerine, fresh pineapple).
