Dom Pérignon pays tribute to the art of blending its champagnes with a special edition of Vintage 2015. A singular collection of three bottles and boxes created in collaboration with Jean-Michel Basquiat's heirs. The case consists of six bottles (two sets of three boxes), which together form a sublime painting. After a mild winter, the year 2015 was marked by many contrasts: an icy spring preceded a prolonged heatwave from mid-May to mid-August, with notably exceptional sunshine and periods of drought. Tasting notes
Aroma
Initially revealing roasted and cocoa notes, the nose of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 gradually opens up to a floral bouquet of lime blossom, jasmine and peony, revealing a sublime spicy dimension. Vegetal and fruity freshness follows, with aromas of chlorophyll, orange peel and green papaya.
Taste
En bouche, le champagne se déploie d'abord délicatement, puis généreusement. La chair de pêche fraîche et de nectarine enveloppe des notes d'agrumes et de gentiane, avant de se prolonger sur une longueur remarquable.
