    In a few words ...

The first estate champagne in the brand's history, "Folies de la Marquetterie" is a blend of 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir made exclusively from grapes grown in the Folies vineyard overlooking Château de la Marquetterie, the Taittinger family's Champagne cradle. In the selected plots, the grapes are harvested "en vert", enabling optimum sugar content and ripeness to be achieved. At the end of the harvest, only the juices from the Cuvée (first press) are retained. Each parcel is vinified in small volumes, and some batches in oak casks. A slow 5-year maturation in bottle completes the harmonization of this wine.
