Appearance
Luminous gold color. Numerous very fine bubbles with the formation of a beautiful cordon de mousse.
Aroma
A seductive nose with scents of lime blossom and fresh grapes, and a beautiful complexity with aromas of flowers and white fruits (pear, mirabelle plum, acacia).

Taste
Well-balanced on the palate, with notes of butter and fresh honey. A subtle vanilla finish with a very fine, long finish.
