Reserved yet elegant, the nose is divided between toasty, buttery notes, with hints of caramel and dried fruit. The palate enriches this palette of fruit and leather, and offers a structured, fresh body. The dosage is just right (8 g/l) and the length remarkable. A champagne at its best.
