Appearance
Abundant, creamy mousse. Good effervescence produces an evanescent cordon. The color is a hint of old gold. The wine is limpid and luminous.
Aroma
The first nose combines maturity and freshness, with lovely aromas of yellow fruit in syrup (peach, mirabelle plum). On aeration, subtle floral notes. On the finish, a touch of spring honey.

Round and fleshy, with a refreshingly acidic fruit character and liveliness. The finish is full and generous.
