This vintage offers an elegant, complex nose, with aromas of white fruit and peach, as well as hints of brioche and honey. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with good tension and well-balanced acidity, revealing flavors of dried fruit and hazelnut. This is a champagne of great finesse, perfect for accompanying seafood or a roast poultry dish. I loved it!
