In a few words ...
Previously christened "Tradition", this emblematic cuvée now bears an evocative name that transcends Champagne customs to represent our approach to the art of viticulture. Intense and lively, it represents our vision of Champagne blending, with its combination of floral fragrances, stone fruit flavors and herbal notes. It is the origin of Champagne Cuillier, the one created by our ancestors and which will accompany future generations.
"Very vinous, fine bubbles, citrus, crisp and light. Perfect as an aperitif and for weddings. Terroir de Pouillon, our classic with a Pinot Meunier base."

Appearance
Pale yellow with white gold highlights. Good effervescence on pouring, forming a fine, continuous cordon.
Aroma
Fine and complex, with a rather discreet 1st nose blending fruity notes (citrus), then slowly opening up to floral and vegetal notes.

Taste
Well-balanced, combining liveliness and thickness with stone fruit flavors (mirabelle plum, quince). A finish reminiscent of the nose in terms of aromas, with good length.
