Our Champagnes are enjoyed throughout the meal, and particularly as an aperitif, where their delicate aromas come to the fore. We do not recommend, however, that you enjoy them with very sweet dishes, as some of their flavors may then be masked. However, if you prefer to accompany your desserts with Champagne, Persévérance Brut Rosé is the perfect choice.
