This cuvée is a 100% Pinot Meunier champagne. A constant companion, Select Réserve charms with its perfect balance, seducing lovers of structured, racy, fruity champagne. The pure expression of a great terroir: the Marne Valley.
"Born of pure meunier, a blanc de noirs with a golden yellow color and an intensely fruity nose (white fruits, quince paste and mirabelle plum on the palate). Suave on the palate, it is rich, taut and long-lasting. A gourmand, structured brut".

Excellent 100% black grape champagne, here exclusively pinot meunier. The champagne is lightly fruity, very pleasant, with a slightly bitter finish. Tasted as an aperitif, it's very good, but the slight finish would make it a better match for a dish, probably chicken or fish.
