In a few words ...
All the sunshine of our garrigues! A long-lasting wine with a rich aromatic bouquet! From red berries to cocoa and undergrowth, its freshness is the perfect complement to spicy dishes. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, either by hand or mechanically. After traditional vinification in century-old vats, it is aged for 24 months before being bottled on the estate by our family.
