In a few words ...

A complex Rosé that drinks like water! All the sweetness of Cinsault combined with the complexity of Grenache. Beautiful notes of strawberry and white peach for a beautiful aromatic subtlety! Hand-picked (and partly mechanical) at optimum ripeness, sorted and de-stemmed, bottled by our family. Extraction by bleeding, gentle temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in stainless steel tanks. Unfiltered.

it's good but needs to be kept a little longer. It's younger than the 2017 but goes well with all dishes.

Good value for money. Wine should be decanted for at least 2 hours to reach its fullness.

Excellent fresh rosé, lightly fruity without being too fruity and mineral.

Perfect with a full-bodied cheese or a fine charcuterie!
