    Abbotts & Delaunay's "Nuages et Vents" come from a unique selection of plots of old, high-altitude vines grown in the Languedoc region, and are produced in very limited quantities. Aging: 9 months: 60% in oak barrels (30% new barrels, 20% 1-wine barrels) and 40% in vats to bring out the fruit.

    Appearance

    Dark garnet color.

    Aroma

    Intense nose of red fruit, blackcurrant, morello cherry and sweet spices. Notes of Havana, cocoa and a touch of pepper.

    Wine Fruity | Spicy

    Taste

    Straightforward on the palate, fine but well-ripened tannins, long finish, lovely woodiness. Elegant wine with an "airy" character and a certain freshness. Lots of finesse.
