    In a few words ...

    This cuvée is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. The wine is aged in oak barrels (40%) and vats (60%). A warm, aromatic red wine, ideal with meat dishes such as duck breast or grilled rabbit.

    Appearance

    Garnet-red with black highlights.

    Aroma

    Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, cooked cherry and a touch of licorice. Notes of venison and undergrowth, chocolate, toasted bread.

    Smooth, suave, full-bodied attack, mellow tannins, delicate vanilla finish. A gourmet wine with lots of roundness and velvety texture.
