A cuvée of rare subtlety, aromatic on the nose, silky on the palate, beautifully balanced. We had to reopen a second bottle to continue this moment of bliss!

Domaine de Cantalauze, Minervois "Le Secret" 2018
Nose: "infused" with a mixture of dried flowers and crushed strawberries.
Palate: fairly suave attack, balanced structure, big body with tannins that haven't yet melted, but there's a certain balance right through to the finish.
The palate is clearly restrained. I see the wine between 2x phases. to wait patiently, but I see great potential.
as it is 14/20
goes well with lentils, which greatly round out the tannins.

The wine is a little more harmonized. The tannins are still very present, this wine should wait 2-3 years in my opinion.
