Les Terres Fines is a blend of 42% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 23% Carignan. Each grape variety is vinified separately, in order to master the particularities of each. The wine is aged for 3 months on fine lees in vats, then 12 months in French oak barrels. Tasting reveals an intense, aromatic and elegant wine.
