In a few words ...
The Cuvée is called "La Suite dans les idées", because after "Comme à Cayenne" (Grenache base), "Les Cerises" (Syrah base) and "Le Sirop" (100% Alicante base), there was a need for Suite dans les Idées (Mourvèdre base). Majority of 66% 16-year-old Mourvèdre, 21% 16-year-old Syrah and 13% 80-year-old Carignan! Harvested by hand, vinified by separate grape varieties. Aged on lees in full tanks.
