Les Schistes are old vines planted on very steep slopes at high altitudes for the region. Surrounded by rockroses and tree heathers, they produce a unique wine, the reflection of a strong terroir, with delicate spicy aromas and fine tannins. This cuvée is vinified and bottled without added sulfur.
