In a few words ...
The vineyard produced its smallest harvest ever. Beautiful, healthy, with firm, rolling grapes that almost clash. A new wine must be born! Contrary to the current trend in wineries, we believe in the future and the benefits of maturing in new barrels. This birth will give Lauraire Des Lys a truly new wine, or so we think, so it should happen... ... Here we are: it's here!

Although produced in the Minervois appellation, they have chosen the Vin de France appellation to free themselves from convention, and I love it! We're at the top of the Languedoc here!
