It's good, but for non-wine drinkers like me, you should be aware that there's sometimes a slight fizz when you open the bottle. Don't hesitate to decant the wine and, if necessary, rotate the decanter to allow the gas to escape. This is obviously linked to the absence of added sulfites. It surprised me on the first bottle, but it's worth it because the wine is very good afterwards.
