Immigration is the subject of much debate, and in this new cuvée we've courted a grape variety that's managed to fit in: Sauvignon! The grape of the north, accustomed to rubbing shoulders with the châteaux of the Loire or Bordeaux, had no place here, yet it is in our arid soil that it enjoys reinterpreting the white wines of the south.

Appearance
This wine has a lovely pale yellow color with green highlights, typical of the grape variety.
Aroma
The nose is very intense and distinctive, blending mineral notes with grapefruit and blackcurrant bud aromas.

Taste
Very lively on the palate, with no aggressive tannins. Low in alcohol, the wine is nevertheless fleshy, showing a perfect balance between concentration and freshness.
