Hope is the happy marriage of red fruits, black berries, spices and garrigue. 25% carignan, 25% cinsault, 25% grenache, 25% syrah. Organic viticulture, manual harvest, thermo-regulated fermentation, pumping over, limestone soils, pebble soils.
