The development of Botrytis Cinerea in the form of noble rot is favored by alternating dry and wet periods. Night-time humidity, dew and morning fog in the Layon valley stimulate the fungus, while the autumnal afternoon sun limits its growth. The specific conditions are thus ripe for the production of a great sweet wine. Residual sugar: 110 g/l.

Aroma
The nose is powerful, with aromas of fresh white and yellow fruits (apricots, peaches, mirabelles), exotic fruits and citrus.
