The winemaker

Domaine de Pallus grows its 18 ha of Cabernet Franc in the commune of Cravant-les-coteaux. 12 ha surround the property on the great limestone terroirs of the hillside, and 6 ha on the sandy-gravel hillock of "Clos de Briancon". The estate has been in the family since 1889, and since 1985 has specialized in the production of fine wines. Our philosophy is to cultivate our vines, vinify and age our wines, so that they constantly evolve towards the character of Domaine de Pallus.
