In a few words ...
The 4 hectares of east-facing vines at Les Chandelières (Menetou-Salon commune) were planted between 1975 and 1978, half with Pinot Noir and half with Sauvignon, on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone terroirs known as terres blanches. This wine is aged for 22 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
