Les Graviers 2022 is an interesting wine, with floral notes and a certain minerality. However, I found it lacked a little depth. It goes quite well with light dishes such as fish or salads.

I like this montlouis, but I'm a little disappointed by the bitterness which doesn't make it all that easy to drink. Still, good value for money.
