A Bel Ouvrage that lives up to its name! The nose is delicate, almost discreet, then on the palate it's a revelation, an energy no doubt linked to the terroir of schist and rhyolite. The finish is long, but above all the aromas are complex, between candied fruits and spices. Cook with it and enjoy.
