In a few words ...
A modest, rustic grape variety from the southwest, recently planted on our estate. This young vine offers a very healthy harvest, vinified in carbonic maceration for 8 to 10 days. Color and tannins are quickly apparent. After pressing, the juice ferments in underground tanks, before bottling 12 to 15 months later, without added sulfur.

This dark, tannic wine, 12.5% vol., is fruity and spicy. It can be enjoyed slightly chilled.
